  • Support preparation for  executive speaking opportunities and events, including research, messaging support, and AI-assisted drafting of talking points and briefing documents.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch and management of a new company website. Focus areas may include content and creative development, SEO, content strategy, and overall project plan management.

  • Work with creative teams to help develop various brand and marketing assets including videos, social media graphics, internal and external comms, and more. Responsibilities include creative briefs, asset reviews, and publishing.

  • Work with external agencies and vendors to support work across team priorities, including PR agencies and media-monitoring partners.

  • Assist with  social media programs , including planning and drafting executive LinkedIn content, coordinating content calendars, and supporting influencer/creator programs.

  • Leverage Gen-approved AI tools to:

  • Conduct research and synthesize insights that inform PR and communications strategies.

  • Draft, refine, and localize content (e.g., blog posts, social copy, web copy, executive talking points, press materials) while maintaining our brand voice and quality bar.

  • Generate and iterate creative concepts, storylines, and visual ideas in partnership with designers, writers, and PR leads.

  • Identify AI-enabled workflow improvements for the Corporate Communications and PR teams, documenting best practices and suggesting repeatable processes, prompts, and templates.

Qualifications

  • Currently completing a  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area of study (e.g., communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field).

  • Excellent  written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels (e.g., media, executives, social, web).

  • Strong  storytelling and editing skills , with an interest in media, news, and corporate reputation.

  • Be a  self-starter who drives progress and results while meeting critical deadlines.

  • Ability to  multi-task, work independently, and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated  AI-first mindset : you naturally look for opportunities to incorporate AI into your workflow to move faster, explore more options, and improve quality—while still owning the final output.

  • Strong  critical thinking and editorial judgment to review, fact-check, and refine AI-assisted work products, especially for external and media-facing communications.

  • Willingness to  learn and follow responsible AI guidelines , including data privacy, brand safety, media accuracy, and proper citation of sources.
