Schedule & Flexibility Typical schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Were open to discussing set, predictable schedule arrangements in advance, such as: 7:304:00 8:305:00 Four days per week We simply ask that any schedule flexibility is agreed upon ahead of time and remains consistent week to week. Depending on the day, you may: Work in Production, operating seed processing equipment (well train you) Support Made-to-Order (MTO) work by bagging custom wildflower blends Help in Fulfillment, picking and packing seed orders with care Assist Shipping, getting finished orders out the door efficiently No matter the task, your work helps gardeners across the country grow something meaningful.
