Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support the execution of strategic hiring initiatives focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent. This role provides critical operational, logistical, and analytical support across university recruiting, internship programs, and core hiring processes.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at project execution, and leverages data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Early-Career Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential students for internship and entry-level opportunities through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage core workflows, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and the coordination of recruiting tools to ensure progress against hiring goals.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute campus recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews) and internal programming for the Internship Program.
- Data & Insights: Leverage analytics to track funnel metrics and report on university hiring performance to guide staffing decisions.
- Project Execution: Lead initiatives within a matrixed environment, ensuring on-time delivery of programs and hiring timelines.
- Operational Oversight: Manage administrative processes including the early-career mailbox, event calendars, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience (preferably in HR or Talent Acquisition).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and interview scheduling platforms is required.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agility: Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments with problem-solving capabilities.
