Full time schedule, 40–45 hours per week

Perform residential plumbing service and repair in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and surrounding areas
Diagnose and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, and general plumbing systems
Perform drain cleaning, basic sewer work, and routine maintenance services
Communicate with homeowners, explain issues, and present repair options
Complete assigned service calls efficiently while managing your workflow independently
Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional presence
Represent Steve’s Plumbing & Heating with professionalism and a positive attitude

3–5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, and general service plumbing
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and recommend solutions
Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
