Job Description

Salary: $158,600 - 197,400 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field) plus 5 years of data analytics experience
• Masters Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 3 years of data analytics experience
• PhD in a quantitative field
• Hands-on experience with Python, Scala, or R for at least 3 years
• Proficient in machine learning with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Strong skills in SQL with at least 3 years of practice
• Familiarity with AWS technologies
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to develop AI-driven products that transform customer interactions with their finances
• Utilize technologies such as Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, and more to extract insights from large data sets
• Act as a subject matter expert in NLP, adapting and fine-tuning LLMs for customer-facing applications
• Design, implement, and validate machine learning and NLP models, working closely with engineering teams to deploy them efficiently
• Employ effective communication skills to translate complex technical findings into actionable business objectives
• Innovate and experiment with new generative AI technologies to enhance customer experiences
