Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Communicate with customers about product inventory levels and seasonal fluctuations to prevent stockouts and reduce the risk of products expiring.

Conduct customer reviews to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

Prepare weekly and monthly customer reports (e.g., inventory levels, purchase order reports).

  • Create replenishment orders in full truckload quantities to minimize transportation costs and optimize truck utilization.

Improve efficiency in case picking and cross-docking operations.

Manage inventory deployment to achieve an optimal balance between supply chain performance and logistics targets.
