Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Albany, New York

Job Description:

• IT Specialist focused on database query and report writing.
• The position will be focused on business intelligence (Organize/analyze internal/external business data to develop business unit level reports.
• Reports would be used to increase data sharing across business units and/or identify potential operational issues. Position will require utilization of approved tools (OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to perform data analysis, inquiries, and report writing to meet OMH needs.

Mandatory Qualification

• Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Mid-Level

• 36 - 60 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.

Requested Qualifications:

1. 36 months experience developing dynamic reports using a business intelligence reporting solution

   24 months experience producing production management reports from flat-file AND relational data sources

2. 18 months experience in Microsoft Power Platform

3. 12 months experience in Microsoft Power Automate

4. 12 months experience developing detailed management reports in Power BI

5. 6 months experience in Power Apps or other low code development tools

6. 12 months experience managing data and/or reporting using Python

7. Masters's Degree
