Tekberry is seeking a detail-oriented Arbitrator I to support vehicle arbitration operations for our client, a leading automotive auction organization. This role focuses on reviewing and resolving post-sale disputes, ensuring fair outcomes between buyers and sellers while maintaining compliance with auction policies.
Key Responsibilities Review customer complaints and mechanic reports regarding vehicle condition
Inspect vehicles and determine appropriate resolution actions
Facilitate arbitration and negotiate solutions between buyers and sellers
Resolve issues related to title, mileage discrepancies, and vehicle condition
Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation
Coordinate with sales, operations, and inspection teams
Ensure compliance with arbitration policies and guidelines
Support post-sale inspections and customer inquiries
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 5 years of automotive, mechanical, or dealership experience
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to document and manage multiple cases
Experience with vehicle arbitration or auction operations
Knowledge of vehicle compliance and regulatory standards
Hybrid role with onsite vehicle inspection and operational responsibilities. Initial training may require full onsite attendance.
