Olives and Peppers is locally owned and an innovative Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg. Both Locations are seeking qualified applicants for Executive Sous Chef Position, with a minimum of 3 years Line experience. We want to find people who are passionate about food and want to excel. • Flexible and Reliable! We are 100% willing to work with your schedule but you must work with ours, too. We need crew members for all shifts.
• Consistent in promoting a favorable image of Olives and Peppers at all times (appearance clean and tidy, well-groomed, clothing appropriate, with effective communication skills).
• Strong! You must be able to work in standing positions for long periods of time, reach, bend, stoop, and sometimes lift up to 50 pounds.
