Job Description

Event Logistics strategically deploys event visibility tools and leverages a robust vendor network to support and scale departmental activations across Red Bull North America. As experts, we protect Red Bull North America and its branded assets while interfacing with marketing and sales stakeholders to advise, equip, and maximize operational solutions and efficiencies. You will manage and own contractual agreements with a regional network of vendor partners responsible for delivering all operational execution, including inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play an integral role at the intersection of Red Bull’s marketing DNA and operational execution. You will work across regional markets and key business pillars while owning and influencing ways of working within your department, helping to drive consistency, scalability, and impact across the organization.

  • Lead and develop the vendor network to secure the best partners – assess market needs, warehouse space, financial impact, and performance; manage vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and onboarding

    Coach and empower vendor network to properly manage total operations, roles, & responsibilities – processes, manuals, space optimization, asset quality control and maintenance, storage, deliveries, tracking, and business enterprise software tools – ensuring RBNA Event Logistics standards are met

    Establish local vendor partners as regional points of contact internally and externally, ensuring smooth relationships and integration with key stakeholders and collaboration across regional, national and global goals

    Maintain and document Red Bull Standards, expectations, and evaluations through ongoing market visits – audits, pictures, scorecards, analytics, feedback, and meetings/trainings with key stakeholders

  • Proactively run reports, crunch data, and analyze local vendor space, local needs, and costs versus event volume to ensure we’re optimizing market-level resourcing and coverage

    Partner regionally by delivering executive-ready insights to leadership on marketing operations performance, including state of the business, key wins, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement

    Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders and establish aligned and effective ways of working that enable a true partnership

    Own and track local POS needs by market across entire region through data analytics, internal and external feedback, monthly ordering & tracking, and strategic annual business planning

    Partner with Legal and Risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks through proactive planning and compliance oversight; proactively manage, track, & keep current all vendor partner master services agreements and insurance policies

    Manage and reconcile vendor partner invoicing to ensure timely payments – actively requesting missing invoices, ensuring proper budget coding is used, and tracking in compliance with event logistics department standards

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale marketing operations with demonstrated knowledge of event logistics, warehousing and transportation
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead planning, budgeting, resources, and status reports
  • Exceptional ability at balancing and influencing across complex internal and external stakeholder groups with tact, trust, sound judgment, and efficiency
  • Highly capable of analyzing data sets and strategically balancing needs versus costs
  • Strong critical thinking skills and negotiation skills with the ability to make informed decisions to support business needs 
  • Superior written, organization, and communication skills – ability to present and lead groups
  • Live and represent the Red Bull brand and values
  • Travel 50-60%
