Reporting to the Market Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Day Manager will lead pharmacy operations, staffing, and workflow optimization; ensure DEA, FDA, CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission compliance; drive quality improvement and medication safety initiatives; steward formulary management and P&T activities; and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge while performing clinical duties such as dispensing, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, therapeutic drug monitoring, and provider consults—supported by friendly nurses, a collaborative and diverse interprofessional team, and hospital leaders who listen and invest in tools the Day Shift Pharmacy Manager needs to succeed.
